Name: Contact form register
Purpose of processing: The register is used for answering inquiries that come from the contact form
Data content: The register consists of company/organization name, first and last name of the contact person, phone number and email address
Regular data sources: The data is obtained from the contact form sent from the website
Regular data transfers: No transferring
Data transfer outside the EU or the EEA: No transferring
Principles of registry protection
Personal data obtained from the contact form is stored on the company’s own server until the person has been answered. If needed, the data is also stored after answering,in case the contact leads to a customer relationship.
Rights regarding processing of personal data
The right to inspect data: Everyone has the right to inspect their personal data saved in the personal register.
The right to correct data: Everyone has the right to require false data to be corrected in the personal register.
Other rights: The registered person has the right to refuse the register holder from processing data regarding him- or herself for the purpose of direct sales, distance sales and other direct marketing as well as market and opinion research and matriculation and genealogy research. The sole purpose of the data obtained from the contact form is to answer the contacts and to market our services.
